Daniel Murphy
Founder & CEO
Daniel Murphy, Founder & CEO of X LED Systems, has spent more than 30 years in the LED display industry, shaping some of the world’s most iconic projects. He began his career in 1994 at the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas, where he rose to Director of Show Operations and helped lead the landmark transition from incandescent lighting to LED technology, culminating in the launch of VivaVision, then the largest LED display in the world.
In 2004, Daniel joined Wynn Las Vegas as Director of Front Feature Operations, assembling and leading a 45-member team responsible for the cutting-edge Lake of Dreams installation. Around the same time, he began collaborating with innovators in South Korea, contributing to the development and North American introduction of WinVision, the modular LED system that transformed the rental and staging industry.
Today, through X LED Systems, Daniel continues to channel his decades of experience into helping clients achieve bold creative visions with LED. His focus is on guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring each installation is not only technically precise but also visually impactful. By combining a deep understanding of display technology with a collaborative approach, Daniel remains committed to shaping the next generation of LED experiences across industries.
